GOOD TROUBLE LIVES ON - FORT COLLINS

LWVLC and IndivisibleNOCO are co-hosting this GOOD TROUBLE LIVES ON rally that is one of about 1,000 events taking place on July 17 to commemorate the 5-year anniversary of the untimely death of civil rights leader and congressman John Lewis.

The Fort Collins action will be a John Lewis-inspired line-the-streets peaceful rally for "making good trouble, necessary trouble,"  to defend democracy, preserve the rule of law, and secure and protect voting rights, civil rights, and justice for all.

Bring a sign that says what kind of nonpartisan, nonviolent good trouble you're there to make.

Because LWVLC is a co-host of this event, we are recruiting member volunteers to perform special duties at this event, such as being a safety marshal or managing placement of volunteers and distribution of vests and radios. If you're interested in volunteering for these duties, please contact Kathy Maher at kgmaher@gmail.com as soon as possible.
